If our advertised departure dates don't suit your club, we can arrange a dedicated tour departure for groups of 30 or more members, with approximately 6 or more months' notice. This gives your group the flexibility to travel when it suits while still enjoying the same high-quality, all-inclusive experience.

Added Early Planning Benefit
To help us plan for 2027 demand — and to reward clubs that secure their places early — groups that book and pay their deposit before 31st December 2026 will receive an additional $50 per person discount.
Example
For a tour priced at $1,000 per person with a $100 deposit, you would pay only $50 to secure your place, with the remaining balance reduced accordingly.

Terms & Conditions
The discount does not apply to the single supplement component, which is charged at cost. Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional offer. Group booking bonuses apply to groups of 20 or more travellers on the same departure.
2026 discounts are valid for tours departing in 2026 only.
The current promotion of $1,000,000 in member discounts through to the end of 2026 is based on an estimated 90 tours with 40 passengers per departure at an average tour value of $1,900 per person.
2027 discounts are valid for tours departing in 2027 only.
