Your day begins at the Southern Highlands Botanical Gardens, where you’ll enjoy a leisurely guided stroll through a stunning array of themed plantings. The walk is conducted at a relaxed pace along flat, well-maintained paths, with garden benches and rest areas throughout. For those who prefer not to walk, a park e-buggy is available upon request (up to three passengers). Your guide can tailor the experience to your group’s interests—from seasonal blooms to local ecology.

After the gardens, we travel to the historic Surveyor General Inn to enjoy a hearty country lunch in charming surrounds.

In the afternoon, we continue to Centennial Vineyards, where you’ll enjoy a five-wine tasting experience. Centennial is renowned for its cool-climate wines, which ripen slowly to produce beautifully balanced and aromatic flavours. Set among rolling hills, the vineyard provides the perfect setting to savour a curated selection of local vintages.
