Departing Sydney in the morning, journey west along the Great Western Highway, winding through the scenic Blue Mountains. Enjoy glimpses of mountain views and the occasional stop in charming towns like Leura, before continuing via Bathurst and south to Oberon.

On arrival at Mayfield Garden, your group will be warmly greeted by one of the garden hosts. You’ll be provided with a map and escorted to the Chapel, located at the highest point in the garden. Here, your host will share a short history of the garden, along with highlights of what’s in season.

Following this introduction, guests are invited to explore the garden independently on foot, at their own pace. Mayfield Garden spans 65 hectares and includes:

• The Water Garden

• The Valley of the Five Ponds

• Mayfield Maze (open seasonally)

• Walled Kitchen Garden, Cascade, and Bluestone Bridge

Lunch will be served in the private function room, enjoy a fresh chicken and vegetarian wraps, bottle of water, and access to the tea and coffee station, providing a relaxing break amidst the garden surroundings.

Later in the afternoon, rejoin your luxury coach for the journey home. There’s time for a short break in the mountains en route before arriving back in Sydney early evening.
