Travel in comfort aboard your luxury coach as we journey north to Gosford for morning tea, the perfect way to start a relaxed day on the Central Coast.

We then continue on to Distillery Botanica in Erina, a boutique distillery set within three acres of fragrant gardens. Known for its award-winning gins and liqueurs, Distillery Botanica uses traditional methods and fresh botanicals to create its distinctive flavours. On arrival, take a leisurely stroll through the gardens where many of the botanicals are grown, and breathe in the aromas of rosemary, citrus, and Australian natives. Afterwards, settle in for a 30-minute guided tasting experience, sampling 10–12 small-batch gins and liqueurs. Presented in a relaxed, seated format, this tasting highlights the craftsmanship behind each creation and offers fascinating insights into the distilling process.

Our next stop is The Entrance Bowling Club, where you’ll enjoy a leisurely lunch with views across this much-loved seaside town. Known for its relaxed atmosphere, The Entrance is famous for its pelicans, and you may even catch sight of them gathering along the foreshore during your visit.

In the afternoon, we make our way to the Norah Head Lighthouse, one of the Central Coast’s most iconic landmarks. Standing tall since 1903, the lighthouse offers sweeping views over the Pacific Ocean and pristine nearby beaches. Take some time to stroll around the grounds, capture some memorable photographs, or simply enjoy the sea air and tranquillity of this special spot.
